Ross Simser has been with Phillips County Insurance since 1988. He is the manager and secretary of Tri-County Farmers Mutual and an exchange producer for Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Montana. Ross spends most of his time in the commercial property, casualty market and health insurance. Ross has been very involved in the community over the years having been Malta Chamber President, City Fire Chief, Athletic Club Secretary and President, Worship Master of Malta Lodge #57 (twice), and currently Secretary/Treasurer of Malta Lodge and President of the Malta Shrine Club. Ross and wife Joyce have two grown children and one grandchild.
